Jack Morton and Impact XM plan to merge, creating a global experiential agency with more than 1,000 employees across 20 offices in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

Private equity firm The Riverside Company is backing te transaction, expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Parent company Omnicom sold Jack Morton prior to the merger, allowing it to operate independently with Riverside’s backing. Omnicom had acquired the company when it bought Interpublic in November 2025.

The combined company will operate under the Jack Morton brand. Both agencies cited growing demand from global brands for integrated experiential programs rather than siloed event executions.

Impact XM CEO Jared Pollacco will become CEO of the combined agency. Jack Morton CEO Craig Millon will serve as global president, and former longtime Jack Morton CEO Josh McCall will take on the role of executive chairman.

“Impact XM has been evolving toward a more integrated, global model for years,” said Jared Pollacco, CEO of Impact XM.

Jack Morton CEO Craig Millon called the merger a “pivotal moment.” “Together, we’re building an agency ready for a marketing landscape reshaped by AI – one that keeps real, human experience at the center,” said Milton.

In a LinkedIn post commenting on the deal, Howard Givner, senior advisor at Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips and CEO of Heathcote Advisory Group, said, “We are clearly in the midst of a massive realignment in the event agency sector.”
