Key features of this LG UltraGear curved gaming monitor
1000R curve
Curvature can be a little confusing, but in short, 100R is considered very steep. It’s designed for maximum immersion, close viewing distances, and for reducing eye strain.
180Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time
This is a high but not overkill refresh rate, which will allow up to 180fps. That’s great for competitive or fast-paced gaming, and with its low response time, you shouldn’t experience much in the way of motion blur or ghosting either, allowing you to easily track what’s happening on screen.
QHD resolution and 27-inch screen
This is the sweet spot when it comes to monitor size and resolution. 27 inches is just the right size to make the most out of 1440p resolution, without diluting its pixel density, which can affect picture quality on larger, QHD displays.
FreeSync
This monitor has the base level of AMD’s adaptive sync technology, which is designed to reduce screen tearing and stuttering. This is a pretty standard feature in most gaming monitors, but important and good to have nonetheless.
HDR 10
