I really don’t know quite how he pulled it off. I’m a little surprised and a little horrified, but mostly just baffled. Just now, David Letterman made the rare step of discussing his personal life on his show. Unlike other moments, like his marriage and the birth of his child, this wasn’t going to be a happy occasion. As I’m sure you’ve heard from a hundred other sources by now, he basically admitted to having had sexual encounters with several female members of his staff (due to the fact that he was being blackmailed by an individual who was arrested on Thursday before the show was taped).

I heard about this video.. regarding Kanye’s stupid MTV thing.. the best is how Obama calls him a Jackass, off the record.. and it somehow accidently gets recorded and released!

So one night last week as I was trying to get to sleep, Dick Cavett came to my mind for some reason. I think it was because the Roman Polanski arrest had been on my mind, so naturally my mind eventually wandered to other creepy directors. Not that I’m saying that Dick Cavett is a creepy director like Polanski.
