Brown Eyed Girl’s Ga-In looks like Juri Ueno on this one… Most of the k-pop tunes released nowadays can be quite addicting. My brother usually annoys me with these ‘coz every time he gets to hear some of these addicting tunes, it never fails to give him an LSS (Last Song Syndrome). Just a warning: my LSS-induced brother can be more torturing than a badly-dubbed Koreanovela.

See that 750 ml bottle of Hennessy that Mr. West was carrying in to the MTV Video Music Awards last night? By the time he crashed Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech, he had probably put back 2-300 ml of Cognac – you know, not enough to have you falling out, but enough to cross that line where your judgment starts to fade. After he got tossed out of the VMAs he probably kept drinking, mixing meds and other drugs. He probably woke up in a daze like “nah, did I?” only to be reminded by the video clips and tweets flying around the Internet.

“You just put your pickle on everybody’s plate, college boy, and leave the hard stuff to me.” – Dirty Dancing Is it just me or has this been a horrible year for celebrities? Especially celebrities who I grew up watching or listening to. This one is, by far, the saddest for me. The Outsiders , Red Dawn , North and South , Youngblood , Dirty Dancing , Ghost , Point Break , and the most awesomely bad movie ever, Road House . I used to read about Patrick Swayze in teen magazines.

Former wrestler Hulk Hogan has filed a lawsuit against his former lawyers for billing him over $1 million for services that Hogan says should have been free. Read more on this story below. Hogan is mad at Zuckerman Spaeder representatives for how they handled his son Nick Bollea’s 2007 car crash , which resulted in passenger John Graziano’s severe brain damage. Hogan claims executives at the law firm were contacted by experts at his car insurance company, Progressive, who offered to provide Hogan with legal representation for free.

I’m starting the diet today in an effort to lose about 20lbs in 10 days. I just want to hear more success stories other than just reports of Beyonce’s success with it. For those of you who don’t know, the Master Cleanse diet consists of just drinking a mixture of fresh lemon juice, grade b maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Supposedly after drinking this alone for 10 days, you will receive optimal results.

We are in the age of transparency and for job seekers – and even employees; the question is how much is too much? Social media via sites like Facebook, Twitter and MySpace, allow us to expose details about our personal and professional activities and sentiments. In last week’s school address, President Obama warned children about what they put on their Facebook pages as it relates to their future reputation. Should there be restrictions or guidelines to how much we expose? Should there be limits on transparency? That is this month’s Clearview Collection Point-Counterpoint Debate.

Following an extended battle with cancer, Patrick Swayze passed away today. He was 57. The veteran actor was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in January 2008. He died this afternoon at home, with family by his side, confirmed Swayze’s rep, who added: “Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months.” Said Ghost co-star Whoopi Goldberg of her friend: “Patrick was a really good man, a funny man and one to whom I owe much that I can’t ever repay,” says Goldberg, who won a best supporting actress Oscar for her role in the 1990 romantic drama.

His doctor, Dr. George Fisher, revealed in early March 2008 that Swayze was suffering from the disease.Swayze “passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months,” his publicist, Annett Wolf, said a statement released Monday evening, according to KTLA.Most recently, Swayze starred in A&E Network’s “The Beast,” which debuted in January.
