She’s turning 104 today, and she has 5000 friends on facebook, and 28,434 followers on Twitter.   Yes, she may just be the oldest person on facebook, and she dishes out her ups and downs of her life from her care home. I think she embodies the word “experience”, in that she is so open to experiencing different and new things, and in fact embraces it. So yes, I do hope I can also emulate her to be able to try and learn new things, way into life.

It’s Monday night, and that means my extended weekend is over.  I took last Friday off so we could head to Dragon*Con in Atlanta.  That’s two four-day work weeks with a four-day weekend thrown in for good measure.We left Friday morning after David’s doctor appointment.  We had three celebrity photo-ops scheduled for the weekend, and the first was at 1:15 that afternoon.  We made our way to our hotel, dropped off the car and proceeded to speed walk for about four blocks to the Sheraton to pick up

Jason Bateman I just finished watching James Lipton’s The Actor’s Studio on Bravo in which he interviewed Jason Bateman.  I enjoyed the interview that was laced with the familiar brand of humor that this actor has given us since the days of Valerie/ The Hogan Family to the critically acclaimed Arrested Development .  His movies have ranged from Teen Wolf, to Juno and most recently the hilarious Extract . What came across the screen was someone who was honed in on his craft born of many years of acting from childhood until now.
