Meet Tatiata Kozhevnikova, the Russian woman who has the world’s strongest vagina. Tatiata Kozhevnikova, from Novosibirsk, Russia, was recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records. Kozhevnikova recently broke her previous record when lifting a 14kg (30pound) glass ball using her private parts after she exercised her vaginal muscles for 15 years!

Why and how did the 42-year-old blonde beauty made such an unorthodox achievement? Kozhevnikova explained during an interview:
“After I had a child, my intimate muscles got unbelievably weak. I read books on Dao and learned that ancient women used to deal with this problem using wooden balls.”
“I looked around, saw a Murano glass ball and inserted it in my vagina. You insert one of the balls in your vagina and it has a string attached to it with a little hook at the very end. You fix a second ball on to this hook.”
Kozhevnikova also suggested other women to follow in her footsteps. Why? The excersie can not only make the internal muscles stronger but also improve the sexual life.
